Integrity Fence Company
At Integrity Fence Company, I worked closely with the CEO and executive team to support marketing, operations, and strategic growth initiatives. I helped develop partnerships with organizations like iHeartRadio and the Denver Broncos, coordinated community engagement projects, and managed event logistics to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales. This role combined creativity with business strategy—allowing me to refine messaging, support day-to-day operations, and cultivate relationships that expanded the company’s presence across the Denver market.

This partnership required a lot of “farming” and relationship building. Through multiple rounds of negotiations, offers of exchange, and budget constraints we finally reached a deal with one of the alumni, Mark Jackson. From there we were able to use his likeness to be the official face of Integrity Fence Company. We launched multiple campaigns surrounding him and ran incentives for people to sign on with us. This was one of the most rewarding projects I have ever worked on. We saw a 15% increase in won bids after the campaign ran.

My second partnership that I cultivated was with iHeart Radio. Given IFC’s target market, traditional media, such as radio, was crucial for reaching the vast audience in Denver. While there was an existing relationship between the two companies for paid advertisements, I was working on a more permanent partnership and more reach. I worked to pair us with multiple radio hosts across multiple channels in the area to do segments on the show, as well as have us sponsor an event for them. This partnership ended extending our reach and getting the company an 8% increase in leads.

I conducted multiple rounds of market research to select campaign initiatives, run paid social & traditional media advertisements, and select strategic partnerships.
